1.power  supply 

(1)used scr power supply :the  supplier has rich experience in making arc spray equipment power-supply ,a great many of mills buy power-supply from him year after year ,the quality of his power-supply is very stable and reliable 

(2)light and small ,but at the same time ,the power  is  enough 

(3)unique mode of saving electricity: the power-supply can automaticly  adjust working mode and non-working mode ,try best to save  electricity under the premise of good  heat dissipation

(4) dust prevention design: there is special construction to insulate the dust ,which can reduce the dust accumulation , so as toprotect  the equipment in good working condition 

(5)high frequency forming the electric arc :usually,the zinc/aluminum wire surface oxidation will cause it difficult to form the electric arc ,but our SX-300 adopts special technology and solve the problem successfully 

2.wire feeder 

(1)there are two ways of wire feeder ,pull and push ,which is improved based on the original wire feeder,you can choose the pull way or the push way according to your spraying requirement,convenience and high efficiency 

(2) synchronous wire feed adjustment: the electricity on the machine can show whether the wire is feed at the same speed ,if not ,then we can adjust it accordingly 

(3)working effciency adjustment :the voltage of wire feeder is consistant with the feeder speed ,basd on the instruction book, you can adjust the spraying efficiency exactly 

(4) unique multifunctional wire feeder plate : you can use the traditional & standard spraying plate wire material ,also ,can use the standard dispersive wire material ,which save time to roll the dispersive wire together ,so improve the efficiency 

(5)two ways of wire feeder tube : can both for the hard wire and soft wire ,uttermost reduce the friction of the tube , then feed wire smoothly

3.spray gun 

(1) adopt unique laval theory ,the flight speed of particle improved a lot ,some particle even reach HVOF 

(2)multifunctional  nozzle :every gun can collocate three kinds of nozzles ,which can reach normal spray, HVOF spray and super-atomization spray 

(3)humanized design: there is spray switch on the gun handle ,and there is air intake valve on the gun body ,which can make adjustment at any time ,and spray at any time, these designs improve the  enironmental adaptation of the machine 

(4)anti-cohesiveness : the nozzle is used anti-high temperature & anti-cohesiveness ceramics ,and the gun body is spraying  the anti-cohesiveness layer,which can prevent the spraying particle and outer impurity from polluting the spraying gun
